Tiana Schisel, OTR (Occupational Therapist, Registered) Rehab Director
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Tiana has 18 years of experience in skilled nursing and hospital settings. Continuing education areas focus on dementia types, treatment approaches, assessments and training caregivers to enhance patient's experience in their cares. When not at work, her husband and three boys keep her very busy.

 

Kerry Ashe, OTR (Occupational Therapist, Registered)
Graduate of Concordia University, Kerry has 20 years of experience. Post graduate training includes certification in the treatment of lymphedema and post surgical edemas. She also has continuing education in stroke rehabilitation, pain and contracture management and dementia intervention. 
 

Jennifer Berkey, PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant)
Jennifer is a state licensed physical therapy assistant who graduated from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and Fox Valley School of Massage. She has over 20 years of experience in a variety of clinical settings. She has a special interest in massage therapy, balance improvement and fall prevention.
 
 
Amy DeMais, COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant)
Graduate of Fox Valley Technical College, Amy has over 10 years of experience in acute and rehabilitation settings. Continuing education areas focus on stroke, kinesio tape and geriatric care. Amy enjoys spending time with her kids and family outdoors camping and fishing.
 
 
Casey LeMay, PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant)
Graduate of Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, Casey has clinical experience working with knee, back, shoulder, hip and ankle patients in all phases of recovery. He also has a variety of clinical experience with stroke, CHF, knee and hip patients adapting to home environments. 
 
 
Rachel Maltby, DPT (Physical Therapist)
Graduate of Carroll University, Rachel has over 10 years of experience in a skilled nursing and outpatient setting. Her continuing education areas focus on manual therapy, vestibular rehab and Parkinson's disease.
 
 
 
Amanda Thor, PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant)
Amanda is state licensed physical therapy assistant who graduated from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. She has over 15 years of experience in physical therapy with areas of training in acute care, outpatient, pediatric care and short term rehab. Her continuing education areas focus on fall prevention, improving balance, joint replacements and stroke rehabilitation.
Amanda enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and her two children.

Kathy Button, PT (Physical Therapist)
Graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Kathy has over 30 years of experience in skilled nursing facilities. Continuing education areas focus on lymphedema. Kathy is certified LSVT (associated with Parkinson's).
 
 
Dawn Petitpren, SLP (Speech Language Pathologist)
Graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, Dawn has over 30 years of experience working as a speech therapist in long term care and hospital settings. She enjoys hiking, camping and practicing yoga.
