Rehabilitation Center
Rehabilitation services at St.Mary's Home help patients bridge the gap between hospital and home. Patients are able to focus on returning to their own surroundings following knee replacement, hip surgery recovery, stroke or other conditions that require nursing care and physical, occupational or speech therapy. Outpatient therapy services are also available.
Independent Living
The Gardens is for people who are able to take care of themselves without assistance. There are no health or personal assistance services provided with the monthly fees at this level of living. Like living at home, a condo or an apartment, residents are able to schedule home care services at an additional expense if they are needed.
Assisted Living Apartments
Our Residential Care Apartment Complex, The Court, is a state-certified Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) in Manitowoc County. Residents have their own apartment with kitchenette, living/dining area, bedroom and full bathroom. They provide their own furniture but health-related services as well as meals and housekeeping are included in the monthly fees. Following an assessment from the assisted living registered nurse, an individual care plan is designed so each resident receives the care and assistance he or she requires. Staff is on-site 24 hours a day to meet the needs of all residents.
Assisted Living Group Home
At The Villa, each resident has their own spacious room with full bath. Residents provide their own furniture for their room. All residents share the living room and dining areas. Meals and snacks are provided. Each resident is assessed by the assisted living registered nurse who then prepares a care plan designed specifically for each resident. Staff is on-site 24 hours a day to provide care and assistance for all residents. At The Villa, one secured household of 16 rooms is for those with early to mid-stage dementia. Staff has training specifically for meeting the special needs of these residents.
Nursing Home
