Untangling Grief

The holidays bring joy and excitement but may also bring mixed feelings for anyone who is caring for a loved one, has experienced the death of someone loved, or whose own health is declining. Grief is unique and doesn’t magically end. Each individual’s way of processing grief can create a disconnect during a time when social interaction and support are crucial.
Join us as we untangle grief:
• Better understand your grieving style
• Explore how grieving is complicated, especially during this time of year
• Find ways to help cope with reminders and continue to heal
