In our independent retirement apartments or duplexes, you can enjoy all the comforts of home without the inconveniences. No more lawn mowing, painting, leaf raking or snow shoveling. Even garbage removal and recycling are included. Likewise, appliance breakdown and warranty red tape are things of the past – all apartments and homes come with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer and dryer that The Gardens staff maintains.
